Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and LoopStamp. By creating an account or using loopstamp.com, you agree to them.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and one account per person.
Your content
Rounds, photos, notes, and profile content you post remain yours. You grant LoopStamp the limited license needed to store and display that content to the audiences you select with your visibility settings. Only post photos you have the right to share.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
LoopStamp has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using LoopStamp you agree not to post content that is harassing, threatening, hateful, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, bully, or abuse other members. You can report any content using the report control on a post or round, and you can block any member from your profile or their content. Reports and blocks are reviewed, and we will remove offending content and remove the responsible account’s access, typically within 24 hours. We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
Acceptable use
Don’t impersonate others, harass other golfers, post unlawful content, attempt to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or abuse the service (for example, automated scraping or spam invitations). Deliberately falsifying attested stats undermines the product for everyone and may result in removal of content or accounts.
The service
LoopStamp is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability, and statistics such as the Estimated Index are informational only — it is not an official Handicap Index. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoopStamp’s liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (currently: nothing, since LoopStamp is free).
Ending things
You can stop using LoopStamp at any time and request account deletion at support@loopstamp.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted in the product.
